The Elm team has provided outsourced HSE management activities for several clients. Generally, this involves installing Elm to manage various HSE programs or activities within client organizations. In some instances, we act as a client’s external Corporate Environmental Director, overseeing technical projects, providing regulatory guidance and input to senior management on strategic HSE issues. In other instances, Elm is tasked with implementing specific programs, such as audits, training or regulatory reviews. Regardless of the approach, Elm uses only senior-level professionals to provide experienced resources.
